Our Pennine Pullman 535 SE 1999 model is up for sale.

We have had it since 2010 and bought it off a couple with 2 young children. We have 2 young children and we have been camping with them in it since then. The camper has been pet and smoke free since we bought it and the couple who had it before us said it was smoke and dog free too. (We have had dogs but they have not been allowed in the camper and have slept in the awning in a crate.) (Certainly there are no untoward odours.

The camper is in good condition and has been looked after. We have dry stored it all the time we have had the camper and the couple before us had it in an open fronted garage. The canvas has no rips or tears and has no mould patches or damp.

The camper has 2 Butane gas bottles, Aqua Roll, Waste container, Hoses, Water pump, Leisure Battery (80 A/hr), Cutlery (Knives, Forks, Spoons and teaspoons), Crockery (Plates, bowls, Mugs), Some kitchen knives, kettle and a saucepan set. There is a pair of towing mirrors which I will let the buyer have. It is ready to go camping immediately it has been picked up.

It has an awning which is 2 years old, supplied by Tent Services as the original awning was torn in heavy snow whilst camping. The new awning benefits from carbon fibre poles. There are no tears, rips or mould/damp in the awning. There is also a small porch awning for those shorter camping trips.

The tyres were replaced by me (all three) in 2010 when we got it and have a 2007 date code on them. The wheels (again all 3) were sand blasted and powder coated at the same time.

At the end of last season I replaced the damping strut and the spring in the hitch and serviced the brakes, replacing both of the nuts on the stub axles.

The fridge works on 12V, Gas and 230 volts. All of the rings on the hob work and the grill works too. There is an external gas point fitted - this works too. All 12 V and 230 V sockets work correctly. I have converted the electrics to 13 pin but can convert back to two 7 pin plugs should the buyer prefer this.

We have a pack with all the original manuals, sales brochure and test reports from when it was commissioned.

Bad bits.

There is some damage on the rear left corner (As looking from the back to the front of the camper) I have taken some closeups of this.

There is a repair to the door catch as we caught it when taking it out of our lock up and damaged the door skin. I have fabricated Stainless Steel plates both sides and these have been sealed in place with high quality silicone sealant. Again picture taken of repair.

The gas locker cover has some crazing around the catches. Again close 
up taken.

I have looked at all the damage internally and cannot find any signs of damp as a result of the damage.

I will ensure that the buyer knows how to pitch the caravan and the awning before they leave and will show them all of the features and how they work.

All the buyer needs to add is food, bedding and clothes and this camper is ready to go on a summer holiday.

We have just come back from a week in Pitlochry and the camper performed faultlessly.

In addition to the main text some frequent questions keep coming up and I thought I would make an addition to cover them.

The camper has an entire set of inner tents and we have washed them. There is no damage to any of the inner tents and they are all in good condition.

The camper has a full set of curtains and so does the awning. These match the fabric scheme of the cushions. They are all in good condition wiht no damage and have been washed.

All fixings for the curtains are in good order.

The camper also have the aluminium poles and fixings for the window vents and these are all in good order and working correctly.

This really is a "holiday in a box", everything you need to go on a camping holiday with your family apart from your own bedding and food is included in the camper.
