All gas appliances appear to work correctly, although recommend that you get them tested.
The seating area create a large double suitable for a small family.
Its basically ready to go on some holidays, alternatively if you fancy a bit of DIY you could put your stamp on it
We inherited the caravan when we purchased our house. Its in good clean condition and hasn't been used a great deal.
We have all the original documentation and information about all the appliances.
You are welcome to come and view the Caravan on weekends or evenings - please just message me - we are based in North Norfolk
