1987/1988 (not sure which) ABI Globetrotter caravan.

A sound, clean and dry caravan inside that we have had and used for the last 8 years on a regular basis for holidays.

There are some signes of wear and tear on the exterior  but considering it's age its still in good condition as far as i can see.

It has a pull out double bed at the front and a side seating area at the rear which changes into bunk beds.

Facilities include 240V hook up and 12 Volt battery point/charger available. Gas heating and hot and cold water with electric water pump. Gas oven and Hob, electric and gas powered fridge all in working order. Bathroom has a pull down sink basin. there is a facility for a shower but we have never used it. Ample storage for a family of 4 to go on a weeks holiday.

It has had some repairs over the years, i have replaced some of the wood framing due to it getting old and weakened at the front and back of the caravan. There are other areas starting to deteriorate but has not been a concern.

We have re upholstered all the seating and fitted new curtains too.

Also included is a full Pyramid Tuscany Wine coloured awning, which is 7 years old but still in very good condition, all poles are complete and colour coded to assist putting up. It does have a few small marks but has no tears and has never leaked. 

A hitch lock for security, clean and dirty water bottles, and a portable toilet. Operation manual is still with the caravan to assist with use.

Would make a great first caravan to see if you like caravanning. Caravan is ready to connect up and go on holiday with.

I've been asked a few times about the weights of the Caravan so I've got the details from Online and added below : -

Mass in Running Order weight: 950 kgs or 18.7000511791 cwt / hundred weight Maximum allowable weight is: 1150 kgs or 22.6369040589 cwt / hundred weight

The kerbweight of the towing car needs to be at least 1352.94117647kgs to achive an 85% match, to achive a 95% match the tow car would need to be at least 1210.52631579 kgs. A tow car weighing less than 1150 kgs is very likely to be illegal and likely to result in a prosecution if you were stopped by the Police as well as invalidating any insurance for your car and caravan.
